That will tell you what the National Employment Standards are and how they apply to your business, which modern awards apply, what records you need to keep, whether you are compliant with all of that and what options you have to deal with any areas of concern.

We can assist with payroll audits to verify that you are paying your people correctly or to detect and calculate underpayments of wages and entitlements.

If you happen to receive complaints of underpayments, we can also help you in negotiations with agencies such as the Fair Work Ombudsman or Wage Inspectorate Victoria.
