Peter Maguire
Position
Ridgeline HR Practice Leader, Peter Maguire founded the business specifically to help small to medium sized businesses with human resources management – what we call PEOPLE BUSINESS.
He brings with him over 40 years of experience in the field of PEOPLE BUSINESS across public and private sectors, in industry associations and consulting to hundreds of organisations ranging from micro businesses to government departments and agencies to multinationals across a broad range of industries.
Peter says: “Most people who start businesses and employ people have not been trained in how to manage people or how to meet their compliance obligations. That is where we come in but, unlike many others, we want to build your capabilities so that you can comfortably do more of this yourself.”
