Respectful Relationship Agreement
Our unique “Respectful Relationship Agreement” service is designed to help partners in a working relationship to explore together both the strengths in the relationship and opportunities for improvement and to mutually commit to an agreed way of working together respectfully and productively.
Where relationships are not working effectively, that can lead to stress and frustration and disrespectful conduct which impacts on both the people directly involved in the relationship and others and can be both disruptive to operations and organisational performance and upsetting for other people.
When that happens, the people concerned have the responsibility to remedy the problems in the relationship and their managers’ role is to support them in doing that while holding them accountable for doing that as well.
That can be difficult to do and people often need an independent facilitator and a simple and practical process to work through.
That is what our “Respectful Relationship Agreement” is designed to do.
