Fair Work Facts – New Paid Family and Domestic Violence Leave

From 1 February 2023, Australian employers with 15+ employees have an obligation to provide all National System employees including casuals with 10 days paid family and domestic violence leave per annum – smaller businesses have that obligation from 1 August 2023 – here are the basics.
